5 Tips for a good fit:

1. Tip of breast should be between elbow and shoulder.
2. Pull flesh from under arms into the cup, while holding cup in place under the breast.
3. Nipple should be in center of cup.
4. Band of bra should be even under breast and around the back.
5. Straps should be snug but loose enough to run finger underneath.
