Shipping Policy

  • BestBrasOnline.com ships all orders UPS or USPS. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to UPS. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages for more information.
  • We also use USPS Priority Mail on lighter shipments. However there is no tracking number for these packages.
  • We strive to ship our products within 1-2 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day.
  • If an item is back ordered and is expected to be available within 10 business days we will hold the complete order and attempt to reprocess the order, the customer will be notified of the delay.
  • If the back ordered item is NOT expected to be available within 10 business days we will contact the customer and the customer will decide whether to accept a partial order and reorder the balance of the items at a later time.
  • If no decision is replied in 2 business days we will ship the partial order and refund the backordered merchandise.
  • Orders will not be processed by the warehouse on weekends or holidays.
  • As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.

Returns:

  • If you receive your item(s) and there is something wrong with the order, please contact our customer service department immediately.
  • A Return Authorization number is required for proper credit to Buyer’s account, simply contact our customer service department.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for returns other then for damaged or incorrect goods.
  • Return shipping fees for other then damaged or incorrect goods is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any credits or charges will be issued through PayPal via the method used for the purchase.
  • A Return Authorization number must be requested within 10 days of the date you received your order.
  • Returns must be received by us within 20 days of the date you received your order. 10 days should be allowed for return shipping, so please make sure your return is posted within 10 days of receipt.
  • Item(s) must be returned in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
  • We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
  • Briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. must be tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
  • All clearance and discontinued items are final sale and are not returnable.
  • All "Gifts with Purchase" and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Damages:

  • All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping.  If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS or USPS – within 24 hours.  All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials.  Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
  • Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
